Art. 98-1 (neu):
Der Präsident kann die Nationalversammlung auflösen, wenn sie dem Kabinett
innerhalb eines Jahres zweimal das Misstrauen ausspricht oder seine Kandidaten
für die obersten Gerichte oder für das Direktorium der Nationalbank ablehnt.

Maddə 98-1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin buraxılması
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin eyni çağırışı bir il ərzində iki dəfə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabinetinə etimadsızlıq göstərdikdə və ya
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan
Respublikasının Konstitusiya Məhkəməsinin, Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali
Məhkəməsinin və Azərbaycan Respublikası Mərkəzi Bankı İdarə Heyətinin kollegial
fəaliyyəti üçün zəruri olan sayda onlara üzvlüyə namizədləri iki dəfə təqdim
edildikdən sonra, qanunla müəyyən edilmiş müddətdə təyin etmədikdə, habelə bu
Konstitusiyanın 94-cü və 95-ci maddələrində, 96-cı maddəsinin II, III, IV və
V hissələrində, 97-ci maddəsində göstərilən vəzifələrini aradan qaldırıla
bilməyən səbəblər üzündən icra etmədikdə, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisini buraxır.
19. Article 98-1 shall be added as follows:
"Article 98-1. The dissolution of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of the Republic
of Azerbaijan
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is empowered to dissolve the
parliament in the following cases:
If the same convocation of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijani Republic expresses
twice during the year no-confidence to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijani
Republic;
If the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijani Republic fails to appoint during
the statutory period the candidates nominated for the membership of the
Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Board of the Central Bank of
Azerbaijan upon a double submission of the President of Azerbaijan;
If the Milli
Mejlis of the Azerbaijani Republic fails to fulfill its obligations enshrined in
Articles 94, 95 and 97 as well as in Parts II, III, IV and V of Article 96 due
to unavoidable reasons."
